SEABERTH Support & Services
SEABERTH has an ongoing development programme, whereby the generic SEABERTH suite is continuously improved to the benefit of all customers. The Support and Maintenance service also includes attendance at the annual SEABERTH Conference, which is used to launch the next mass release of the software.
Training
SEABERTH has a comprehensive and modular training programme, with a strong emphasis on Hands on Examples so delegates “learn by doing”. Training modules cover the different levels of use, ranging from View only users, through to Planners and simulation users. In addition training is available for IT Administrators and customer Front Line support staff, with particular emphasis on integration to the customer’s IT infrastructure.
